High Bridge Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan is a progressive guideline for the Borough's future as the community grows. The plan will enable the borough to create governing ordinances based on prospective strategy.

The Comprehensive Plan consists of seven categories, which are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.

In updating the plan, the following goal must be recognized:

We must safeguard, preserve, and enhance the small town character that contributes to the identity of the community of High Bridge. To maintain our sense of place, by stewarding the borough's neighborhoods, town center, commercial districts, open space and all features, we secure a stable environment for our future generations.
